Aslan's Army partners with non-Western Bible Colleges to equip national Christian leaders.  

Who We Fund and Why

We support non-Western Bible Colleges directed by nationals who have a calling to plant churches and send out missionaries in their own countries. We support the following organizations with substantial financial donations. We have found that our money goes a long way toward building the Kingdom. We can support 10x the number of non-Western Bible student/missionaries for the price of a single U.S. based missionary sent overseas. Since these ministries are directed by nationals, there are no language or cultural barriers to overcome. I speak with these leaders on a regular basis and follow their activities very closely.

Vikasitha Ministries, Steeven Veerapaneni, Director

Vikasitha Ministries (Andrah Pradesh, India) has a thriving Bible College with 67 students. To graduate, students have to plant a church. In the past few years, over 13 churches were planted. The ministry is run by Steeven Veerapaneni, a highly trained bible scholar who provides high quality bible education to his students. When a student is accepted in the Bible College, Vikasitha provides all education, room and board free of charge to it's bible students. In addition, Vikasitha has an orphanage, support for widows, community training programs, and bible seminars.

Aslan's Army is helping to build "Malori Aslan's Place" (picture below), which will house orphan boys and the men from the bible college. We're making a special push to get them into the building by Christmas 2005. To make a donation, visit www.aslansarmy.com/vikasitha.

Victorious Christian Harvesters, David & Donna Blanchard, Directors

Live classes here at the International Harvesters Institute (IHI) consist of interactive teaching from David and Donna Blanchard, Lic. Memo Dominguez, Pastor Armando Castillo, and many other pastors and teachers from the area, along with many special guests throughout the year. These classes equip the student with the knowledge and know-how to begin life as a minister of the Word of God. Bible based training and decades of real experience make these live classes a vital part of this program.
 
Bible students partner with short-term missionaries to minister throughout Mexico. In addition, graduates have helped build & plant churches throughout Mexico.

 

 

Our home base is the training center located in Inhaminga in Mozambique operating under the ministry of Afrika Wa Yesu. The school is made up of students from seven (7) provinces within Mozambique. The nationals receive in-depth bible teaching for five (5) months then graduate. This process is repeated two (2) different times throughout the year. From there, the students go back to their home churches or go out and plant churches in the capacity of either a pastor, evangelist, children's pastors or worship leaders. We assist with preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the bush, showing the "Jesus" film throughout Mozambique, training leaders in the bush and at the center, host visiting short term mission teams, pastoral care for the pastors in the planted churches and whatever else the Lord sees as a need. We have been called to serve. Mozambique is our home and Inhaminga, the Promised Land.
