Mark Smith is currently serving as the President of Aslan's Army and chairman of its board of directors.  In Mark Smith previous experience, he worked for Focus on the Family in their IT department.  In addition, Mark launched a highly successful magazine called Windows NT Magazine, which is read in 160 countries in 13 languages.  Today, Mark is the president of Elucidator, a high-tech consulting firm that specializes in writing, consulting, and speaking for high-tech companies.  Elucidator's clients include Microsoft, HP, and other highly respected technology companies.  Mark's successful business background was built on integrity, financial accountability, creativity, results and solid teamwork.  More importantly, Mark & Cindy Smith believe in Malori's vision and have invested a large portion of their personal resources into Aslan's Army.  Mark & Cindy's goal is to use their resources for eternal value, to make a difference on earth now and for eternity.  In their personal time, they read books about Heaven.  "Heaven is real.  We're looking forward to getting the grand tour from Malori when we get there."

Cindy Smith, Malori's mom, serves as the Aslan's Army secretary.   "My biggest accomplishment is raising two wonderful kids," says Cindy.  As your read Malori's writings and see the wonderful person Malori had become, you see a lot of what Cindy poured into Malori's life in 17 years.

Cindy has also led worship for over 20 years and is an accomplished singer and flute player.

Pastor Bob Oliver and his wife Anna are pastors of Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Whittier/La Habra. "We have been married 30 years!  Anna is the most wonderful woman in the world! We work together on staff at our church.  I could not conceive of a better partner in ministry," says Bob.

Pastors Bob & Anna were married July 8,1972. They met Christ at the same time and place October of 1970 in Redondo Beach. I was called into the ministry at my baptism just a month after being saved. Graduated from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA.

Bob and Anna have three incredible kids, Karah, married to Chris, Robert, a junior at Hope University in Fullerton, CA and Jordan, a junior at Cal State Fullerton, CA.  All the guys surf, including my son-in-law Chris. The girls like to sit on the beach and relax. Anna and I graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity.  Started the Vineyard in 1978 with John and Margie McClure. Met the Smith's on practically the first day of the church's existence. Stayed friends with Mark and Cindy ever since and sorrowed with them over Malori's going home to be with Jesus at seemingly a time far to early. Been trying to teach Mark and Andrew to surf, but I don't know if the altitude back in Colorado has maybe messed up their sense of balance. They need a few more sessions at Old Mans for sure. Life verse: "All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you." Lev. 11:20 Wait, that's not it. That's my least favorite life verse. Actually it's: "Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Cor. 15:58.

Pastor John Leach is the senior pastor of Jubilee Fellowship Church in Littleton, CO.  John was Malori's senior pastor for the past three years.  Pastor Leach and his wife Chris have been served in ministry with Mark and Cindy Smith for over 10 years.  Pastor Leach has a real heart for missions and has adopted Aslan's Army as an extension of Jubilee's own missions efforts.

Pastor Bob Smith is the associate pastor at Jubilee Fellowship Church in Littleton, CO.  Pastor Bob & Jodi Smith have known Mark & Cindy Smith for over 14 years.  Pastor Smith was Malori's Youth pastor and took both of our kids on many local & remote missions trips.  Pastor Smith has a heart for missions and evangelism and instilled that in both Malori and Andrew.  Pastor Smith sent out Malori on her last missions trip to Mexico and will lead a mission trip to El Salvador with our son, Andrew, this summer.
